NYC Detective Joseph Petrosino Ceremony and Press Conference

The Lieutenant Joseph Petrosino Association in America is hosting a special ceremony and press conference to honor the memory of the late New York City Detective who was gunned down in 1909 while investigating organized crime in Sicily. The event was held on Saturday, June 28th at 10:00 A.M. at Cavalry Cemetery located on Queens Boulevard at 52nd Street. According to James Lisa, Founder of the Association and Robert Fonti, Vice-President, “This special service is being held to finally provide some closure for friend and family and to honor the memory of fallen police officer Joseph Petrosino after 105 years of not knowing who was responsible for his murder.”
